Richmond Tweed Regional Library (RTRL) is inviting the community to celebrate Library Lovers’ Day from 14 February to 24 February 2025—a time to connect with the library, its services, and each other. Whether you’re a regular visitor or it’s been a while since your last visit, now is the perfect opportunity to reconnect and rediscover all the incredible free resources, programs, and activities available at your local branch.
The theme for this year’s Library Lovers’ Day is ‘Connect’—because libraries are more than just books; they are spaces for building relationships, discovering new interests, and engaging with the community. From book clubs and story time sessions to digital resources and creative workshops, RTRL is the perfect place to make meaningful connections.
To help shape the future of library services, RTRL is also encouraging community members to participate in the Community Survey, open during the same period (14 February – 24 February). The survey is completely anonymous and provides an opportunity for library users to share their experiences and insights on how the library impacts their lives. Your feedback is invaluable in helping improve and enhance library services to better meet community needs.
