PRINTING

Printing is as easy as 1,2,3, you don't even need to be at the library to get started!
Print from anywhere!


PRINTING FROM EMAIL 

On your own device or library computer
  1. Email your document to monitorbm@rtrl.nsw.gov.au orClick to email print (note: the system will print the email attachment or if no attachment, it will print the body of the email)
  2. Wait for your confirmation email which will contain your code
  3. Head to your nearest library and at the Print Station, select RELEASE PRINT JOBS, enter your code, pay, and collect your printouts from the printer.

OTHER METHODS OF PRINTING

PRINTING USING THE MY MONITOR PORTAL (Library Members only)
On your own device or library computer
 
  1. Click on the MY MONITOR PORTAL button below
  2. Login using your library card number & password
  3. At the Print Station select PRINT RELEASE
  4. Scan your library card and enter your password
  5. Select print jobs and preview
  6. Pay for printing
  7. Collect print jobs at the printer

PRINTING FROM USB
Use direct print from USB when you only have a few files on your USB stick, otherwise use a computer to manage your files.
Computers are available at the library (fees apply for guests) book your library computer at www.rtrl.nsw.gov.au/book-a-computer.
 
  1. At the Print Station, select PRINT FROM USB
  2. Insert USB stick
  3. Select print jobs and preview
  4. Pay for printing
  5. Collect print jobs at the printer
PRINTING FROM LIBRARY COMPUTERS

Library Members
  1. Log in using your library card number and password
  2. Select print function
  3. At the Print Station, select PRINT RELEASE
  4. Scan your library card and enter your password
  5. Select PRINT JOBS & PREVIEW
  6. Pay for printing with EFTPOS
  7. Collect print job at printer

Library Guests
  1. At the Print Station, select PURCHASE COMPUTER TIME
  2. Enter required minutes—cost is shown
  3. Confirm and purchase your ticket
  4. At the library computer, log in using your ticket number and password
  5. Select print function
  6. At the Print Station, select PRINT RELEASE
  7. Enter your ticket number and password
  8. Select PRINT JOBS & PREVIEW
  9. Pay for printing with EFTPOS
  10. Collect print job at printer

PHOTOCOPYING

At the Print Station
 
  1. Select  PURCHASE PHOTOCOPYING
  2. Enter the required number of pages for each type (charges apply)
  3. Review summary and total cost
  4. Confirm and pay
  5. Collect ticket with your ticket number and password
  6. Head to the printer
  7. Scan the ticket or enter your ticket number
  8. Enter the password from your ticket
  9. Complete your copying
NB: No refunds given for excess ticket value. 
 

SCANNING

Library Members
  1. At the printer, scan your library card
  2. Enter your password
  3. Complete your scanning
Library Guests
  1. At the Print Station, select GUEST TICKET
  2. Collect ticket with your ticket number and password
  3. At the printer, scan the ticket or enter the ticket number
  4. Enter the password from the ticket
  5. Complete your scanning

*important note:
If printing from email, you must include something in the subject field.
The Envisionware mobile print server rejects any print job with a blank subject field.
